Armell Appraisal Service was established in 1993 by its owner Robert
Armell. Robert is a California State and Certified Real Estate Appraiser
(AR007597) with more than 17 years appraising residential real estate.
He began his appraisal career in 1986 with Home Savings of America.
While at Home, Robert progressed quickly from a trainee to a senior
staff appraiser. His duties included performing appraisals, appraisal
reviews and training new appraisers. While at Home, he also learned
the technical aspects of completing a quality appraisal report under
strict review guidelines. In 1992 Robert left to work for a local
fee appraiser in order to learn the inner workings of a fee appraisal
shop. After a year with the local fee appraiser, Robert struck out
on his own to start his own company. He is an VA and FHA approved
appraiser.
